		Unger & Associates conducts comprehensive studies of the healthcare markets for hospitals, multi-hospital systems, medical device manufacturers, venture capital firms, investment banks and law firms. Our work includes environmental business assessments, competitive analysis, third-party payer analysis, demographic trend analysis, opportunity assessment, and risk analysis. When requested, future problems are identified, and solutions to these problems are proposed. Our studies have involved all aspects of the organization, financing, and delivery of healthcare services. Our principal geographic focus is North America although European and South American projects have also been completed.
